What forms of payment do you accept?

All payments are securely processed through a payment gateway. Sacred Creations does not have access to any credit card information. The following forms of payment are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, and PayPal. You can pay via checking account using Paypal. We are not responsible for any bank fees. (Overdraft fees, insufficient funds fees). We accept money orders on special orders (bulk orders & etc.).

Sorry, we do not accept international based credit cards, personal checks, cash, or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.).

Important information about payment

• Payment  amounts are authorized and held by your financial institution at the time orders are placed.
• Authorized  and held amounts will not be available for other purchases.
• Credit cards are not charged until order items are shipped.
• PayPal will be charged immediately upon order confirmation.
• For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

SALES TAX - USA

The amount of tax charged to an order will be calculated based on the type of item and shipment destination's state and local sales tax laws. If an item is subject to sales tax, tax is calculated on the total selling price of each individual item. The tax rates applied to your order will be the rate for the State and local jurisdictions of the address where your order was shipped.

DISCOUNTS AND CODES     -

Follow these simple steps to redeem a promotion or discount code: 

• In the Payment section of Checkout, enter the promo  code in the box where it says "PROMO/GIFT CERTIFICATES". Codes are case sensitive. Click "Apply".
• If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary

PAYPAL

If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process then automatically proceed to paypal.com to complete your payment.

If PayPal is used for payment, all returned products must be returned to our distribution center to receive a credit on your PayPal account.

Payment Authorization:

International customers may be required to scan proof of cardholder identity in order to prevent credit card fraud. We will contact you by email for additional information upon receipt of your order. For more information, please contact our online service agents at Info@mysacredcreations.com.

Credit Card approvals delays may be a result of: 

• Non-verifiable funds in the account.
• Credit card information entered incorrectly – It should be only numbers; no dashes or spaces.
• If billing & shipping addresses do not match that of the credit card used for payment.
• If we determine a past history of fraud or charge-back has been assigned to your account.
• If  we are unable to verify billing address information (ex. non-US credit cards).

Return Policy:   

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you do not absolutely love your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price, by mail. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item,etc.)

What can I return or exchange?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, for ANY reason, we'll take care of you with a full refund or exchange.

Returning by mail:

A. Please send our online service agents a message at Info@mysacredcreations.com and we will be happy to assist you.

B.  Indicate the reason and the quantity for each item you wish to return.

Return Shipping Important Information:

1.  Peel off the return label on the other side of the packing slip and stick it to your return package.

2.  Enclose the packing slip invoice in your return package. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible.

3.  We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Drop your package in the mail. Postage required. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.

4.  You should store your tracking reference number in a safe place.

5.  All shipping costs, including those incurred for returns are non-refundable. Upon receipt, allow approximately 10 business days to process your credit. Please allow a few days for your bank to process it.

6.  Ship the return package to: 225 College Drive, # 66034, Orange Park, FL 32065-0018.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on mysacredcreations.com and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a variety of shipping methods. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of your choice. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Your total shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout prior to the completion of your order. Please note that shipping times do not include processing time (items generally take 1-3 business days to process). FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to Post Office (PO) Boxes, but they will deliver to most United States Rural Routes. We do not ship on Saturdays, standard business days only (Monday-Friday). Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped  to international destinations.
