What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments are securely processed through a payment gateway. Sacred Creations does not have access to any credit card information. The following forms of payment are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, and PayPal. You can pay via checking account using PayPal. We are not responsible for any bank fees. (Overdraft fees, insufficient funds fees). We accept money orders on special orders (bulk orders & etc.).
Sorry, we do not accept international based credit cards, personal checks, cash, or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.).
What if my billing and shipping addresses are different?
If you have entered a billing address that does not match your credit card or a different billing and shipping address your order will go through our fraud prevention database and this will cause a delay with your order being processed. We do not ship to addresses that do not match that of the credit card used for payment.
How do I know checkout is secure?
We don’t store any of your credit card information and we will never share your personal information with anyone else. Our payment processor handles financial information.

When you register, we collect your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. This information is used to respond to your requests, contact you if necessary, and, if you wish, send you emails or mail about sales, promotions, and other special events.

Prices and item specifications are subject to change without notice. If at anytime you're not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, you may return them to our distribution center.
How is sales tax calculated on my order?
The amount of tax charged to your order depends on the type of item purchased and the destination's Provincial and local sales tax laws. If an item is subject to sales tax, tax is calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, after any applicable discount.

Sacred Creations automatically charges and withholds the applicable sales tax for orders that are delivered to addresses. If you are a Tax-Exempt organization, you must provide the Tax-Exempt Certificate after your initial purchase. We have made significant efforts to accurately display the colors of products that appear on mysacredcreations.com. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect actual product color or finish. You ordered the wrong size or it did not fit to your satisfaction. Sacred Creations is not responsible for this type of mishap.
How do I wash my Sacred Creations Apparel?
We strongly recommend turning the shirt inside-out before you wash and dry them. Do not put your shirt in a hot dryer. Most of our shirts can be machine washed on COLD, MILD detergent, and tumbled dry on LOW heat, but we recommend hand washing and hanging or laying flat to dry to prevent shrinkage and extend the life of your apparel. In addition, wash similar textured clothes together to prevent damage caused by rubbing against different textures. Fabric rubbing is a fast way to cause pills, and could cause custom printed items to crack and peel from too much friction. We strongly recommend hand washing any shirt that feature a metallic or iridescent design. Do not iron decorated areas. Do not iron decorated areas. Do not dry clean. How much does it cost to ship?
Exact shipping prices are unknown until you proceed through the checkout process. This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we’re shipping to.
How will my order be shipped?
All packages are shipped via the United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, and United States Postal Service (USPS). International shipments are delivered by local postal authorities in most cases.
How does rush shipping work?
All orders placed with Express shipping option will ship USPS Express Priority Overnight. Packaging will still take 1-4 days if the product is in stock, but shipping times will be 1 day for most of the country with some remote parts taking a maximum of 2 days.
Do you ship to military addresses or P.O. Boxes?
We do not ship to PO Boxes. We ship to Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO addresses) within USPS capabilities.
Sorry, but we cannot offer priority or express shipping for these shipments at this time.
Do you ship to International locations?
We ship to many countries around the world. Please make sure you select your country when filling out the billing/shipping information. Tracking capabilities for international shipments differs from country to country. Some packages might not be eligible for tracking. We can only guarantee delivery within the US.
Does the free shipping offer apply to international orders?
Free shipping offers promoted on Mysacredcreations.com or in promotional emails do not apply to orders being shipped to areas outside of the continental USA (this includes Alaska).
Do you reimburse for customs fees?
No. Also, please keep in mind some countries charge additional customs fees/duties/taxes that are not covered in the cost of your order or shipping charges, and you will be responsible for paying them if required by your country. Sacred Creations cannot be held responsible for these fees.

Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been submitted?
Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified or cancelled. Unfortunately, there is no way to change an order once it has been processed, that includes adding additional items, canceling an order, changing quantity, size or color. Once the order is completed and an order number issued no changes can be made. You can return your order by mail as you receive your package.

How am I going to be refunded?
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and the same credit or debit card as the original purchase. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable. When you return your order by mail to our distribution center, a credit will be issued directly toward your PayPal.
When returning by mail, how long will my refund take?
Upon receipt, allow approximately 10 business days for your credit to process and a few additional days for your bank to process it.
When will my order be processed? When will I receive my order?
We strive to provide reliable, accurate and timely fulfillment and delivery of orders. If you place your order through our website on a holiday or weekend day, the order will be processed the next business day. Provided that all payment authorization criteria have been met and the order is approved, all orders placed Monday - Friday after Noon EST will be processed within one business day.

3. We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. ET will be processed the following business day. Orders received prior to Noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be scheduled to ship in 1 business day. Orders received after Noon EST will ship the following business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Due to a high-volume period, your order may take longer than anticipated.
4. Payment amounts are authorized and held by your financial institution at the time orders are placed. Authorized and held amounts will not be available for other purchases. Your debit card and/or credit card will be charged when your order ships. If an order is cancelled, the authorization hold will expire in accordance with the terms of your bank or financial institution. What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an order you place prior to the official release date of the product.
Why should I Pre-Order an item?
Pre-ordering ensures you will receive the newly released product and usually at a great introductory price and/or special offer. Pre-order sale prices expires once the item has been officially released. In addition, waiting until the product is officially released may decrease your chances of purchasing the item, especially if its production is limited.
When will I be charged for the Pre-Order?
We will charge your card once your order has processed and, we will ship the item as soon as it’s in stock. We will process your order and authorize your credit card up to 14 days before the product release date.
When will my Pre-order ship?
Pre-order items will have their expected ship dates listed in the product description field. We will notify you should the expected release date changes.
How accurate is the pre-order ship date?
We guarantee that we will always keep the expected date of arrival as up to date as possible. But because we don’t have control over the production of these products, pre-order dates are subject to change without prior notice.

My order was shipped to the wrong address.
Please be sure to enter the correct address when placing orders. Unfortunately, we are not able to change the shipping address on orders once they’ve been processed. Packages returned to us can be shipped again at the cost of the re-shipment.
I got my order, but where's my hard copy receipt?
To stay eco-friendly, we do not automatically include hard copies of receipts when shipping out orders. You will be emailed a digital receipt at the time of purchase. If you would like a hard copy of your receipt, please contact us and we’ll make sure you receive a hard copy receipt

Please review your original order confirmation email for the pre-authorized amount. We only charge you for the items sent so if you notice any discrepancies once your package is shipped, do not hesitate to contact us.
My package arrived damaged, and don’t know what to do.
Damaged packages should be reported to the carrier and a claim should be filed by you. Also, so we can get a replacement or refund issued to you.
My tracking says delivered but I have yet to receive my order.

What happens if I refuse to receive a package?
